It would be nice to see Tony help a HoF driver like the Wild Child run for him in the New AllStar series. What do you think?

No, not a good idea in my opinion.  Owning the series and a team competing in the series has too many complications.  In a time when the relationship is being repaired with the drivers and owners, it just doesn't work.  It also makes absolutely no financial sense for Tony.

I said that Tony Stewert giving' haud' a ride was a coflict of interest, but i read other posts and saw that /////steve Kinser was running some AllStar events . So changing my mind , I think why not sponser someone who is not only an HoF recipient, but one hell of a fan fav,and at this time is without a ride.He was second in the allstar rankings last year ,good on equipment, and had a great showing in Austrailia just last month. So I say to the Wild child faithfull, lets pull for some owner to see the talant that not only puts on a good show, but may knock Dale Blaney off the throne.

Who is driving the Seely 97 this year? Sheldon drove it for the Renegades events end of last year....

Are the Hammers going to have a car? Brandon Wimmer?

It  should be better that now that  the All Stars  are one series again , but I do hope they bring more cars to there events , that is one thing the Renegades had promised  promoters  to bring at least 11or 12 cars per event .

I'd would expect more than that now that everyone won't be worried about getting hosed.  Smoke add's enough credibility that guys will want to run his races.

If we're going to brainstorm ways Tony can spend his money he could contribute to my camera replacement fund.  LOL  I wonder if Tony Stewart sits around and thinks of ways that we can spend our money?

Come to think of it he probably does.  He's thinking that we should go to NASCAR races, Eldora Speedway and All Star races and bring plenty of friends and money.  wink

All good points made here , also you should know ,I was told that Tony Stewart is not the sole owner of the All Stars , it is owned  by  Roger Slack and other people associated with Eldora . And it is possible that Tony Stewart's name is being used here for promotion reasons , that's what I was told ?

Wonder if UNOH stays on as the title sponser? Be nice to see the purse raised a little for all spots.

This is an excerpt from the official press release about Tony Stewert purchasing the Outlaws:

"Now, Stewart will add to his racing portfolio, wearing the hat of series owner of the All Star Circuit of Champions.

Stewart will become the SOLE OWNER of the All Stars after agreeing to terms to purchase the series over the weekend in a deal with majority owner Guy Webb. The three-time NASCAR champion will take over operations of the series immediately while his team works through the transition."

Unless this article is is a big lie, Id say Tony is the sole owner of the ALL Stars

Roger Slack the Eldora GM is doing alot the work for Tony among others ,is my understanding , I am not disagreeing with you but there appears more to this then told . Tony could be the sole owner but it is hard to tell from a press release .
