I also agree with vision, the group of people I meet in Knoxville for the races have for the last 3 years has stated that maybe they should have the nationals at a different location. They said rumor has it that Eldora and Las Vegas has wanted to host the event. I guess I wouldnt care but I only live 30 min. from Knoxville but I would still make the trip if they did. I would like your opinon on this, maybe alternate it between tracks or just leave it as it is.

The Nationals are Knoxvilles event that they put on, they are not the WoO or anyone elses event to dictate where it will be held. Something like the World Finals could be moved because that is the World Racing Groups event and not necessarily tied to Lowes. At times the Nationals have not even been a WoO sanctioned event. The track puts the event on so saying they would move makes no sense. If Eldora or Vegas or anyone else wants to hold a $200,000 or whatever to win event they would be more than free to do it, I'm sure no one would complain about another big show but the Nationals isn't going anywhere unless Knoxville were to completely quit holding them. Its the same as saying they should move venues of the King Royal, thats Eldora's event and no one but the track could move it.

We must have been at different tracks. The heats weren't very good I admit, but the Saturday afternoon A-main as far and away a better race than the Saturday night A-main.
We didn't stick around for the world challenge. As soon as we heard @gibsvoice say a 40 minute break to work the track we bolted. The track was in as good of shape as it was gonna be and was very racy. the Duncan's gave us an absolutely wonderful track for the A-main but they dropped the ball before the world challenge.
There is no replacement for cubic displacement

Great idea! Move the Knoxville nats. to Eldora! No city ,no fairboard much more parking and camping close to the track.Problem is Lasoski hates Eldora. And its not Shatz,s best track so he couldnt win it every year.

Yep, perfect idea. Knoxville built this thing for 50+ years just to move it elsewhere. Makes a ton of sense!

This event will never leave Knoxville. It belongs to Knoxville, not the World of Outlaws. Don't some of you clowns remember a few years ago when it was completely unsanctioned? Damn, the idiocy of people these days....................
