Billy Alley/Ironwood Motorsports look to Git-R-Done for Larry the Cable Guy's charity in 2014!
With their first full season together as a team behind them, Billy Alley and the Ironwood Motorsports #3 look to take things to the next level in 2014.
Excitement surrounds all aspects of this race team right now. We have never been this equipped, this prepared or had this much excitement going into a new season.
We are excited to announce our partnership with Larry the Cable Guy's Git-R-Done Foundation! The Git-R-Done Foundation is highly dedicated to helping out various children's and veteran's organizations. We will have extra motivation to run up front this year, as 50% of all winnings will be donated to the Git-R-Done Foundation.
"We are so thankful that Ironwood Motorsports sees our vision to help children and the veterans' causes," said Larry the Cable Guy. "When good people meet good people, great things happen. Let's Git-R-Done!"
Upbeat and optimistic our driver Billy Alley is looking forward to 2014. "We are very excited about the new cars we have put together. Eagle Motorsports has built us some great cars and we can't wait to get them on the track! We have also added some new horse power to the team this year. We have a 410 that will allow us to compete with the World of Outlaws when they are in the area, run a few Knoxville weekly 410 shows and compete at the Knoxville Nationals. I am very grateful for the opportunity Ironwood Motorsports has given me! The older I get the more I realize not to take an opportunity like this for granted. It takes a lot to run a top notch sprint car team and I feel like this year we are set up to be competitive wherever we want to run. Running with Larry the Cable Guy's Git-R-Done Foundation on the car this year makes me realize how thankful I am to have a healthy family and to be able to help others out just by doing what I love to do."
We are thankful to have all of our marketing partners from last year back on board, and thrilled to have the opportunity to have some new companies join our team with the goal of raising money for the Git-R-Done Foundation.
We have put together a schedule of around 50 races which includes races with the World of Outlaws, Knoxville Raceway, ASCS National and Regional Events, Nebraska 360 Sprint Car Series, NCRA and other races around the Midwest.
We would like to thank our sponsors: Ironwood Builders, Carpetland, Klone Farms, Colby Ridge Popcorn, Vogt Poured Walls, Astro Buildings, Duteau Chevrolet-Subaru, Stepping Stone Genetics, The Buda Family, Depicted Image by Jeff White, Troy and Tyler Walvoord, M & K Fence, K & N Filters, Kinsler Fuel Injection, Minuteman Printing, Snappy Popcorn Co, Vermeer, Big Red Tire Pros, Stewart's Concrete, Schmit Automotive, Harris Decals, Lincoln Clutch & Brake
