I am hearing a lot of negative comments about the Devil's Bowl. I am coming all the way from North Dakota for the WoO's when they race there next month. Can I expect to spend all the money in travel and tickets and not get to see a race?

It is not secret that lanny (devils bowl) and emmett (ASCS) are very tight. I would imagine that the "negotiations" to move the date around was not very difficult. I am sure that the conversation would be much different with the Outlaws. I would feel comfortable making the trip.

If that's the case, everyone will be better off if he doesn't show up.

If youre coming from that far for that race youre in for a huge disappointment. Stay home and save your hard earned money.

I spoke to the track announcer about the WoO show just a few days ago, and it's strictly being run by the WoO.
If you've never been to Devil's Bowl, I'd certainly make the trip. Especially with the return of the Outlaws.

Thanks for the input everyone. So from what I am hearing now is as long as Lanny is not involved we will be racing.

The WoO weekend will be awesome. Doesn't the race pay $20,000 to win.

$20k to win and $1k to start? Yeah....It'll be kick ass. The last time I was at a springtime WoO race at Devils Bowl, they were going by so fast you couldn't read the sponsors on the car.....
