Circle track network had so many problems trying to broadcast from Perris, they gave up!

No, we didn't give up. Unfortunately there was no budget for my company to pay for a solid connection for the races this season. The method we used for other events was no longer viable at Perris. We focused on building technology for future seasons that will benefit all. We did not have funds to cover the added montly expense for a high speed connection strong enough for the broadcast until the very end of the season. Prior seasons we had the funds to "play" and add better technology as we went; like most folks we had to focus on keeping the lights on at home first and then go racing this year. It wasn't until my company merged with another that we were prepared to bring in a wireless high speed connection and pay for it. That was not done until October. By that time - we were asked to stand down for the last race. The issue came down to a simple one this season - provide a solid broadcast or not and catch insults and worse from people who have no clue what's going on. We spent over $10,000 in hardware and software these last few seasons. I'm totally behind the decision to go with The Cushion and absolutely plan to help them improve the show from the PAS next season in any way I can. Now that I don't have to worry about website, software, hardware and production (which I was handling by myself - save the fine camera work from Tim, Mike and Jeff over the last two seasons) I can get back to doing what I do best - develop and build the technolgy behind the scenes. The best part is...the team I am working with now in support of CTN efforts are some of the best streaming techs in the business. Before you pop off....you might want to ask what's going on.

You might remember or not Henry but I was there for you (I paid my money) and I was not one of the people bad mouthing you because of the problems you had and the truth is there was more than a few. So ok lets split hairs, you didn't "give up" you just changed course.
Half the lies they tell about me aren't true.

If anyone remembers.... Though they lost one night through no fault of there own, Turn 2 Media broadcasted successfully the Western World from Manzy back in 2007 and because I couldn't get down one night of the three, I watched it from up here in Prescott AZ. It was surprisingly good.. I was big on the future of internet broadcasting afterwards and I've supported every effort made from over on this side.
EDIT, NON WING THAT IS.
Half the lies they tell about me aren't true.
