Topic: Got my check from PAS ovals, still no SMS check for their show.

I just got my checks from Oval Entertainment for participation in their Oval Nat. event. I still have not received my check from Ruben at Santa Maria Speedway for participation at his event a few months ago. I did see thet he held events after our event, which means he isn't Out of Business, so it appears he just stole our money that was owed to us for providing him a show to promote. I know he cashed my check for the Pit Passes, and my check for Entry fee. I had told his Wife, at the first Route 66 race that she attended, that I would support his race, and I held true to my word. It's very dissapointing to see that he has NO regard for the Car owners and Drivers that helped to put on his show. IMO, it's criminal. I believe that he also charged Fans for admission to see our show. At least we can trust Kazarian to pay for our efforts at his events.
See everyone at PAS next year, but not at SMS. Happy Thanksgiving, & Turkey Night G.P.

ura might have gone away but the racers that ruben owes money to are all still racing . and from what i understand at least 10 of the teams that made the trip to sms will not go back to sms until this is taken care of . putting it off makes it worse and if ruben waits until the month before the next nonwing 410 sprintcar race to pay , that will not work with the racers as far as getting them to race .

SMS would like to pay the racers directley, I have tried to get the payout from the URA, If anyone could help please send me a email [email protected]. This is not something that I am trying to run from, as I understand I have obligations to pay this to the Racers.
