Coco Kinser, the beloved yorkie always greeting customers at the Kinser T-shirt trailer, is recovering from an attack by a large Akita dog at Grey's Harbor Speedway. Coco suffered severe puncture wounds as well as a broken left front leg. It will be a long recovery process.

Coco was walking on her leash with Dana & a few others to the t-shirt trailer when the Akita broke loose from its chain and ran full bore grabbing Coco in his mouth and running with her before he could be stopped by anyone.

My philosophy with other people's dogs is the same as it is with kids. If you can't control them, then don't take them out in public. Period. We shouldn't have to be subjected to your out of contol pets (or kids) in a public place.
Thoughts out to the little guy and best wishes for a speedy recovery
