I dont want to be "that guy" and mean no disrespect to Jesse Hockett but can someone please tell me where the money is going from the Jesse Hockett shirts? We see them each year at all big events.

It would be my guess that you'll see Hockett shirts at pretty near every track or event in sprint car racing for at least the next 50 years. It's really neat that they're all keeping his operation together, and it wouldn't surprise me to see that bunch around many, many years from now. Whatever is going on seems to be working so I say keep it up. Just my thoughts.

What does it matter where the money is going? If you want a shirt or raffle ticket buy one, if not.... Don't.
305's are the herpes of sprint cars

If I'm not mistaken part or all of it goes to help injured drivers.

Your comment makes you sound like a Dick. It matters if someone is making money off of someone passing away. If the money is going towards charities such as have been mentioned, that is very commendable. If not, well.......JMO

Really you are a dick if you buy merchandise of someone that has passed away, if the money doesnt go to charity ? Someone should let the Elvis fans know about this.

I think Maddogs just asking are the profits going to a charity or to Hocketts family? Or is someone outside of those 2 things using the name of someone that passed away, to take well intentioned peoples money who believe they are spending money with a good cause for their own personal income? Pretty sure he wasn't asking to be rude but asking because knowing where the money you spend goes may help decide on the purchase or to purchase more.
I would say ask the person working the stand, the person working the stand will talk to you and let you know and likely won't take offense, you won't have been the first to ask I'm sure. Usually people doing something for a good cause love to explain the cause to someone who asks.

I don't know for certain, but I would guess that the family uses the money to help keep Jessie's car on the track.
