Did anyone else see when Kevin Swindell won, he took Kyle Larson's "Wheel-less" donuts and, did them... Get your own style agreed or disagree? I could be wrong but, I have yet to see any one else in Nascar or sprint cars do that other than Kyle Larson and for Kevin to do it just made me kind of Ill...

P.J. Chesson used to do it all the time. It's not like it's one of Larson's original ideas. They also do it in Australia quite a bit.

Without the steering wheel ?? He was holding it in his left hand while doing them.

Ok I see I thought Larson was the originator of them. Good to know, I saw Kyle do them in a Stock Car I thought to myself he brought donuts to a whole other level.

Pretty cheap move by Swindell after Kyle said in his interview he was going to make it his trade mark.

Seen it many times before either of them did it. Im pretty sure Kevin did it in a stock car before Kyle did on dirt.

With no steering wheel...I've never seen it before or even heard of it. Larson is very impressive.

You guys saying you've seen it before are missing the main point, Kyle started doing the donuts "without" the steering wheel, he hangs it out of the car, nobody was doing that before Larson in major level auto racing. It's not a big deal but he was and is the originator. PS- Kyle and Kevin are really good friends and have been for years so its more of Kevin just messing with his buddy.
Cheers!

George Belhan has done it for years in monster trucks. Maybe its not top level, but its been done before. Either way I think its pretty cool

there not many times ill stand up for monster trucks vs sprint cars. BUT, if you asked any American boy who KS, Kyle larson, SS.SK is, vs Gravedigger or (Big foot in my gerneration) the recognition to the monster truck would be huge.. I love sprint racing but when I walk thro the gate to a monster truck show with my five yr old nephew holding my hand I know ( WE KNOW) sh*t is going to break! and THAT is exactly what they want to see, ya its cool, I still like it too, But, my five yr old nephew also knows the #'s of SS,SK,DS, ect why? because were not normal family, were dirt drack family, but, the average kid wouldnt know the heros of our sport, maybe, we need to tune them in!

No, Lars didn't invent the donut deal, and even though P.J. Chesson did them often when he got the chance, they were being done long before him. I think you have it confused, Lars didn't invent the donut, but he did invent the internet.

It seems most are missing the point, that Kyle Larson is the one that started doing victory donuts with the steering wheel removed and holding it outside of the cage.
My wife told me if I went to one more Sprint Car race
she would leave me.................I'm sure gonna miss
that ol' gal.
