I gauge Tyler against the actions of his peers. People like the Swindells, Kinsers, Schatz, Dollansky, Wolfie, Blaney's, Beitler, Greg Wooley and all the rest. Tyler's actions don't stack up too well against these guys, do they?

Is he a great driver? No, I don't believe so. Again, I gauge him against the success of his peers.

Character- is gauged by his past actions. Everyone makes mistakes but Tyler keeps making MAJOR mistakes and that is how we judge people. Tyler created his persona so he has to deal with it.

Wow Tyler, you proved once again that you're complete and total white trash, as if we had any doubt in our minds. Right or wrong on the call about the cone, Walker's action in the pits were out of line.

Here is my questions from the video. Why did security feel the need to go over there after Tyler walked back to his pits? And who was the female security guard on a power trip that actually threw the first punch? Is she suspended as well? Not the best way to handle the situation on Tyler's part, but an even worse way to handle it by security.

Ok, so that explains why they were there but does not explain why the female on a power trip was the first one to actually throw a punch (which actually connected with the back of the head of another security guard which in itself is quite funny).

Does anyone know why Tyler was trying to instigate a fight with one of the officals before it happened? Before the "fight" happened, Tyler was yelling at one of the officials saying that he was going F him up, pound him, and that he would meet him at his truck outside to settle it in private. Just wanted to know if the offical said anything to make Tyler even more frustrated or if this was Tyler being Tyler?

I understand that the teams were told that the Officals/Securtiy would not be in the pits but when someone is acting like the way he was, its probably a safe bet that you might see an offical or 2.

IDK. I didn't see it that way. The video doesn't clearly show what happened between the bigger dude in the blue shirt and the female security guard, other then you see her pushed backwards and off balance before she clearly goes after him. But for sure it is clear the "punch" she throws captured on tape wasn't the beginning of the physical part of that tape.

I'll give the guy in the blue this - he was calmly trying to convey to the security guys that they would leave and just wanted some space.

edit: and he was talking to the female guard at the time. Whatever was edited out of the video would probably show what caused the escalation to a physical confrontation.

The video I saw has Walker in the trailer hiding as the fight breaks out!!!! I guess he wasn't doing anything on the track, so he felt he should start some troble in the Pits, and than go and hide!!!!

He should have his a$$ kicked!!!!!!

Why dont you do it yourself? You'd have to put down your hotdog and beer then step out of the bleachers first but then go for it. See how you'd stack up against him.

agreed....looks like when the heat really got turned up in the pits, Tyler went in the trailer, but came back struttin' round after security was gone. He is a punk..

This incident is mostly on the Grove officials, in my opinion. That was a brutal call by not giving him his spot back after avoiding the 747. Also its tough to have a "security" guard to act like a professional after showing up for their second job after an 8 hour shift at Subway. Local tracks need to set some kind of standards for these guards other than missing teeth.

If you look at the amount of views and reply's to this post, I'd say Tyler has us right where he wants us...
