Just wanted to let everyone know in the Midwest the condition of Alex Shanks.
Wanted to let everyone know that I am doing OK and have been put on a 3 month no drive( anything) rest from my Neurologists. I have a follow up appointment with him June 26th and 3rd week in July to do a MRI and check my Brain wave patterns in ordre to re-instate my ability to go back to work and be cleared to drive.
I would like to thank my Entire Team (Jumbo and Roger Cravens, Dave and Sherry Odonelly) Car Owner (Shane Wade) for taking good care of me until I got home and in my own bed.
I recieved a 3rd degree concussion and some bleeding in my brain, but everything has seemed to stabilize from that.
Would like to thank the following for Cards sent to the house.
J and J Chassis Company (thanks very much for a very safe built car), Entire MowaSeries Competiors from Lincoln Illinois, and Steve Thomas from Bell Helmets and Race Gear. Many others have called and checked on me but can't remember all the names at this moment. Will see everone soon over the next couple of weeks.
