Now I may be biased, but I feel I have been running a good program, decent track and pay fair but still not getting many teams from over the hill or to the north. I know times are tough so here is what I have to offer: I am offering 1 free pit pass, 5 gallons of methanol, free transponder rental and ,my favorite, a free drink AFTER the races for first time Wing Spint teams at Kings. I don't want you to stop running your home track.....but would love to have you help build our program which is definetly moving in the right direction. Offer stands all season for 360 Rebel Events. Check my schedule and yours

As it appears, you seam to understand the definition of the title: Promoter

with several teams being agitated with the current goings on within the Civil War series, NOW may be a very good time to reach out to some of your fellow Promoters and the 360 teams in Northern and Central California to try to form what could become a true Civil War series like it was when it started.

Hanford, Tulare, Watsonville, Marysville, Petaluma, Antioch may be tracks to start with; I would say Placerville and Chico also, but I doubt(although it would be great if they did) they would give up the current Civil War to join what would become the best new series since the ASCS Northwest was started.

6 to 8 tracks, 2 races at each track, one or two weekends a month: Hanford/Tulare, Watsonville/Petaluma, Antioch/Marysville or Antioch/Placerville, Marysville/Chico

Just a thought
