Brandon and others, as tempting as it is the dumbest thing you could do is send a message to this guy because it just gives an attorney a chance to make things easier on him saying he is being treated unfairly. Best thing you can do(even if its not as fun) is let justice run its course and just have the back of the company when they need support from the local racers just as everyone has.

To a degree this is true. However, in this day and age when getting out of trouble is easier than prosecuting the perpetrators, society needs to find it's own justice. Our courts seem to fail the victims on a regular basis today. Someone needs to break this fellows fingers as a warning, but the days of handling our business here in the states is coming to an end. The courts need to first figure out how he was abused as a young child to determine whether or not he is liable for his actions as an adult. So whether or not people slam this douche on the computer really isn't going to make a spit of difference. He should not even be allowed to see these posts while he is locked up anyway. Sorry, I understand the concern, but bottom line is that he made a victim out of an honest local businessman and for that he will probably not get anywhere near what he deserves, regardless of public opinion, stated or otherwise.
