Looks like Jeremy Anderson has time to post on an internet forum but not to return phone calls. Not bashing, just an observation.

What is going on with ASCS heads, There has been a suddon surge of power with some teams. Once you pick a cam and feuling a big jump in HP must be in heads. Are there any motor guys that know for sure what is going on. How did $2000 ASCS heads ready to run become $5000 heads.

buy 2 sets of heads, one set that say allLEGAL porting has been done, the other set all jazzed up that no claim has been made on legallity other than it may pass visual inspecten. Dyno them on same engine and tell me its just in the way a chassis is tuned.

One thing no one has mentioned is the skill of the guy setting up the fuel system for each night and each track. Knowing exactly where on the track the high speed by pass is opening is very important and will make a huge differece on the end of the straighaway on large tracks. Just watch Knoxville and a group will come on the back straight. About two thirds of he way down some one will pull 3 or 4 car lengths. This is the fuel system working right.

Thanks for sharing that Chuck! I know you did not have to, and unhooking the cars is a logical answer to taking some big money out of the picture.

I think the Canyon region has come up with the best way to unhook the cars.

That's right, we're the only non wing region in all of ASCS land. Oh, and there's been some scuttle butt about going back to the gasket to get more cars out on the track.
Half the lies they tell about me aren't true.
