Earlier this year many outlaw driver's were speculated to race at the Big Game race in Jackson, but since the WoO imposes a penality when they race at non WoO santioned tracked, they didn't race it. Why is that so many of those driver's raced the Front Row Challenge? Is there something that I am missing?

If I am not mistaken I think the WOO makes an exception for the osky race, could be wrong though.

I don't have any idea what the actual WoO rule is but typically these sort of rules only apply when the sanctioning body has a race somewhere the same night.

Its within two nights I think, and the Nationals is WoO sanctioned this year, but I don't think there is a penalty for oskaloosa.
