LOL. all of u r idiots, its not that big a deal. ascs gulf south officials said that the test revealed 13%gasoline in the fuel, enough to really eff up a methanol mixture. actually pretty surprising he finished as well as he did. the mishap came from smileys where they use the same drum pump to pump fuel from racing gas drums as they do methanol. there was still gas in the pump when they started pumping fuel into travis's fuel jugs. honest mistake, sucks for travis. tommy bryant got dq'd for having top lube in his fuel, which was bs btw. they took the race from him and ultimately his gulf south title. they dq'd him immediately rather than sending it off and seeing if it was or was not an additive or just mearly water, unlike how they handled travis's incident. either way he still technically broke the rules, but that should have been a judgement call imo. with travis they sent the fuel off before they made their decision. and they still use the same at track testing device as they did when they dq'd tommy (distilled water in a vile). if pure methanol isnt introduced to it, it gets cloudy. real scientific, seeing as how methanol isnt 100% pure methanol anyway, even says its not on the drum, just close. now with all that being said, travis and tom dont need defending, they r big boys and can take care of themselves, lol. im sure that neither one of them r losing sleep at night over what some people are saying on hoseheads. tom is still gonna count his $100 bills and travis is still gonna race. these r enough facts about the situations, hopefully this ends ur little pissing contest, homos
