Its official for John Ivy Racing! Even though his quest to return to the 410 division has been delayed he will continue to pilot his own 305 ride this year. We have added three exciting new sponsors for our 2010 racing season, Wendy's(Tiffin, Fremont & Clyde locations), Tailgators Sports Bar & Grill in Fremont and The Pump in Sandusky as we contend for both track championships at Fremont Speedway and Attica Raceway Park. As the team competes for these titles there will be a newly founded FAST Series Point Fund they will contest for also! There are three dates that John and the team will have the car at the Wendy's locations and goes as follows: On Sat. Apr. 9, 2010 they will be in Tiffin from 12-2p.m. before they go to Attica Raceway Park for the championship night of the HD Supply Spring Nationals(formally known as the Coors Light Spring Nationals), then on Sat. June 26, 2010 they will be in Fremont from 12-2p.m before they compete at Fremont Speedway the Championship night of the coveted All Star Circuit of Champions Speedweek and finally they make a third appearance at the Clyde location Sat. July 17, 2010 the night after they race at Attica Raceway Park with the UMP Late Model Summer Nationals.
Along with their support we would like to also thank Sonny Conger with Sonny's Machine and Fabrication who has supported John since the beginning days with Guy Myers, John Adkins from Adkins Fence who has been a proud supporter of John Ivy Racing since they put their own car together last season for the 305 division, Dennis Level at Level Performance for the amazing powerplant he gives us on a consistent basis(without that the R&R Used Cars J&J chassis just wouldn't be the same), Kistler Racing Products got to Thank Dave and Brian for all of their support, Tiffany's Furniture outside of Fremont is new this year we would like to thank her for her continued support in our 305 division, Mad N' Peppers Pizza out of Clyde, OH with their new business we thank them for giving what they could being a freshly started operation and Fremont Floor Covering. A special thanks goes to Ron McComas, Kenny Kiss, Donnie Michael(for the winning VFW reverse raffle ticket), Richard Sebastian, Grandpa Joe and last but not least Lynn Biddle if it weren't for you buddy we wouldn't even get to the race track!
Its going to be an exciting season as John contends for three more championships to add to his illustrious resume of wins and previous titles, including last years victory at the The 305 National Invitational held at Fremont Speedway. As you can imagine, it takes the support of numerous business' and individuals all season long to help achieve something this special! So we would like to take this time to Thank the owners of Wendy's, Tailgators and The Pump in Sandusky and everyone else previously mentioned for coming aboard for this monumental 2010 racing season and helping us to make it a memorable one!
