I think the '87 USAC sprint show from Santa Fe that was LIVE on ESPN was a classic race in itself. Thanks for the link Hawker, will save it for later.
Is there a way to save those videos from utube to DVD?

Just watching the lineup being announced at the beginning, those names. What a great history. I've said it a hundred times, but silver crown cars are the best looking race cars ever produced. Very appealing to the eye, especially to a sprint car fan, that long wicked look that almost says Indy.
Adding $6 trillion of debt in his 1st term and now if
elected again he wouldn't have to worry about an
electorate in 2016 so the sky is the limit. And his EPA
would continue to put the screws to oil drilling and
mining for coal. Can you say bankruptcy.

I have all of above races on DVD. They certainly make up a great viewing!
I have the 77 Hulman Classic, 82 Bettenhausen 100 (over 2 hours!), the 85 Terre Haute...USAC 63 and 66 at Langhorne from ESPN. Also have some 1970 USAC dirt races in good quality (Tony Bettenhausen 100, Hoosier 100, 1981 Hut 100 (live on ESPN!) and a bunch of WoO races (Devils Bowl 84,86,87 etc).
One of my favorites is a home video of the 1984 Hulman Classic which was given to Steve Butler at the next race. Quite a rare one!
