One of Sacramento's finest, Kenny Woodruff. Can't believe nobody mentioned this person who will always be in the WoO record books for being the wrench on the car that won the first ever WoO race. But as far as today goes, I would have to say Rodney Tiner. I would actually like to see Rodney Tiner and Tim Kaeding on the same team traveling and see what these two could do against the best.

Wasn't tiner the wrench turner on the teal and orange 7 that tim drove a few years back ,,,,

Tiner did help Tim in that car during the Outlaw race in Chico driving that green and orange number 7. Tim only started outside the front row and put on one hell of a show with Steve Kinser. Last year Rodney wrenched Brad Sweet to a third place finish in the Gold Cup. I think Tim and Rodney together out on the World of Outlaws would be something to see.
