Been seeing their crap for over a month saying if you have a 1 year subscription you will get the 360 Nationals. I paid for the yearly subscription in April but I am NOT getting the 360 Nationals. They want $24.99 for ONE night. Went to chat on their help website and they want to send me to a page I need to spend $5 to get computer help! I already paid almost $300, I think that is enough.

Dufus Dave Rieff says if you payed for a yearly subscription the 360 & 410 Nationals will be in your library. That is a lie. They are not in mine.

If you have the annual premium subscription just scroll to schdule on the links on top of the screen and you can click on watch the 360 Nats. it starts a 7:30 eastern time 4:30 here on the west coast for me.  I have it cued up and ready to watch as soon as they start the live stream broadcast.

If you are a yearly subscriber, it is in the library tab under purchases.

Check under library option and click under the event name. Or email them. Or tweet at them. Or come on Hoseheads to complain which is the equivalent of going outside to yell at the clouds.

Double check to make sure you're logged into DV and it recognizes that it's you.  (should see the first letter of your name in upper right corner of screen)  Hover over that letter, and select "account settings."  If you paid annual subscription, it should say so there.   If it doesn't, you either don't have an annual subscription or you aren't logged in to that account.

I guess I don't mess around with Roku, Firesticks, Apple TV, or smart TV apps.  I always had streaming issues in the past.  (and it wasn't limited to DV and FLO)  I went old school with DV and FLO and logged on thru the laptop, subscribed right through the DV and FLO sites, and ran with HDMI cord to TV.  People laugh at me when I say how I do it, but when everyone else is bitching about streaming issues, buffering, and breaks in service, I'm watching the races without a single blip in service.  99% of the issues with either of these services are related to the user and the equipment.  

I don't know how you subscribed through Roku, but if you have a regular DV account, log off of the Roku, and then log on with your laptop.  See if it shows then.  ????   I'm going to assume you can only be logged in on one device at a time, but I don't know that for sure.  

I guess I've never had these issues, so I can't relate to what you're going through.

I just verfied with someone else-----working on their Roku as well. 

You have to access via the 'Library Tab'

I had something similar typed up and then I deleted it and tried to help..............but yes, telling off the broadcaster, when he's clearly not at fault, is over the top.
