I honestly doubt Gio wants to leave KCP racing and I don't see him being fired.

Hopefully your right. he has taken the kcp team to a new level since being hired. can see why others would want that potentiel

They had a pretty big contract for Gio I believe . Maybe 6 or 8 years. Not saying that there's not ways to get out contracts,  but I don't think we'll be seeing Gio in any other car for awhile.

Gio seems like a good guy and I just love all the taco talk about his brother but the 18 clearly isnt a good fit.

I'd provide you the results but when I went to the KCP site their last 'Media update' is from 2021, and last 'Race Results' are from March of this year (nearly 7 months ago). They are active on the site updating "Merch" though! I have a hunch that Gio, the team, and sponsors don't feel the season has gone "excellent".  Best of luck to Gio where ever he decides to go!

let me know what your website is and the name of your race team. sounds like you know it all

" figured " out .. the fact kcp wanted results and they got them with Gio and didn't accomplish anything before hand #armchairexpert

I think you are taking silly season a little to serious Sam, my intention was not to make you mad on the internet. I simply stated what was on their site, I am not claming to be an 'Expert' or that I turn laps from my Lazy Boy. My last sentence actually wished Gio the best of luck as I enjoy watching Hot Sauce throwin sliders as much as you do.

Isn't "hot sauce" his nickname? And his results this year have been okay, better than Ian but not but much.

Races: 71
Wins: 5
Top 5: 14
Top 10: 47
Payout: $169,885

in the 18 car didn't Ian win 2 Knoxville Season CHampionships and WoO Rookie of the Year and in 2019 in 72 races got 16 top 5's (1 in every 4-5 races) as opposed to Gio 3 top 5's against the WoO in 36 races this year (1 in 12 races)....  I think Ian did just fine by the numbers there, MUCH more consistant.

Just read that Chase Dietz and the Trone team have parted ways. Hope they fill the seat rather than shut down.

Add another win to Gino's mediocre season in the 18 tonight at Lincoln.

Going back to the Lane Racing-Cap Henry parting with three races to go in the All Star schedule. Two of those three are at Fremont Speedway and yesterday the All Stars posted their stats over the last few years there and Cap is at or near the top in all the stats they posted. I get the parting of ways...all good things come to an end especially in racing, but their timing here was particularly strange with them sitting third in points and Fremont having two of the remaining three races. Just interesting.

Anybody hearing any rumors as to drivers losing rides or switching teams yet?

Is KKR ditching the Outlaws ?

1. Kasey quietly pulled off the Outlaw tour in August and has been racing more frequently.

2. Brad says he will compete in the High Limit series races next season so he will not be eligible for the WoO Platinum benefits.

Anybody got any rumors to go along with those 2 facts  ?

Sweet running this new series would not be a surprise. Let's not forget he is now a partner in owning a racetrack. Running a true outlaw schedule would give him more time to be back on the west coast. These guys today have more frequent flyer miles than drivers did previously. Gravel just had a new baby boy, you have to wonder what his in tensions  are going forward.
