410 show that night is a $10,000 to win $800 to start feature.
For PA, OH, CA,etc race teams migrating to the midwest to prepare for the Nats
would love to see a strong amount of them at Husets for this big show.

I tweeted something similar a week ago. Look at the ASCoC schedule. Aug 1st is rain out make up in Missouri. Pray it doent rain becasues July 31st (Saturday) the ASCoC are in Knoxville and that show pays $7,000 to win. Hello. It looks like Aug 1st is essentially a non scheduled ASCoC race IMO.

ASCOC is at Knoxville July 31. Husets has a great paying show Aug 1. ASCOC is in Missouri Aug 1. Aug 1 at Husets is essentially a non-sanctioned ASCOC race? While the Missouri race is a sanctioned ASCOC race?
Is that what you are saying?

August 1st is a make up date if for any reason they have a postponement (for rain) during the races this week. If not, it'll be an open date and could lead teams making the trip out to Husets after racing Knoxville Saturday night.

I would maybe see about 6-8 more cars then normal, some ND cars, Lynton, and a few other outsiders.
Cars you could expect from ASCOC I would guess would be:
Courtney - tune up before usac stuff maybe? plus a legit shot to win
Bayston and Eliason.
Brown has $20,000 on the line and he just said he wasn't coming up!

How about we just sit back and let drivers, car owners and sponsors decide where and when they'll race and enjoy watching whoever shows up? I'm beggining to think that approach has become a lost art.

I was concerned about your blood pressure seeing as you're all worried about stuff that doesn't really matter in the big scheme of life.

How do you figure Brown has $20,000 available? The Speedway website says $10,000 to win
Even though I may not know you, I
care what most of you think!

The Folkens Bros. Trucking Bull Haulers Brawl is a two-race event across Jackson Motorplex and Huset's Speedway.
The Jackson show on May 14 was $5,000 to win and whoever won that would get a $10,000 bonus if they'd also win the $10,000 to win Bull Haulers Brawl at Huset's.

Okay the BB at Husets subject has been beaten to shreds, Rod in C Brown won the Bull Haulers event at Jackson in May so if he was to win this Sunday would get the 10,000 win plus the 10,000 bonus for winning both.
Any chance of Terry McCarl making his 2nd appearance at Huset's this Sunday for such a big payoff race?

I thought about Terry a couple weeks back when Carson crashed at Husets. They brought out a back up car for Carson. If they have a second car, why isn't Terry driving it?

Because they didn't bring out a backup car. They replaced damn near everything on the car that flipped.
