It's a shame you don't have the balls to walk up to Steve and tell him that, huh. You talk a big game, on the internet, but actually hide behind your keyboard. It's not hard to find Steve on most days and especially raceday. Let's go big mouth, tell the man how to do it. Oh right, you are just a blowhard. I love the twitter threads with Steve, many drivers & some crew guys saying that you are the clueless one. But what do they know, it's only what they do, lol. It must have really been a gut punch when Larson said Port has become one of his favorite tracks in the country. Ouch, huh. Of course, he's just one of a whole bunch of drivers who love Port. Did you enjoy your pole sitter winning last night? Maybe if you went to Port you'd see all the passing in the feature. But you stay home with your alter ego WingedStrawser and watch on the internet so you only see whovever the camera is following.

I would meet him any time any place and tell him his track prep is the worst in the east. I would also tell him he needs FIRED! He already knows how I feel about his track prep. Slip and slides are for the backyard not the racetrack. Until they get it right for about a month straight I will not come back. I doubt that will ever happen since they think you can't have a good race if the track starts out heavy at the beginning of the night. Razor Steve and his crew are very, very, very wrong with that way of thinking!!!
Kyle said that night was the first night he finally got grip from the track. That was also the night they had the track perfect. That was the only night they have had it right all year. So don't pat Steve on the back for one good surface all year.
Port o potty track surface was great one night. That was the night Kyle said that. He also basically said it was the facility....not the surface. The surface is normally a F-.
Lincolns track prep was spot on last night. The track changed a lot from the start of the feature to the end. If you think there wasn't a lot passing last night in the feature you must be watching a different race than I was watching.
I was going to come over to the Weikert Memorial on Saturday night. I am glad I didn't I watched warmups from my house and I said if they can't prepare a track any better than that I will stay at home. The heats and feature that night were nothing more than a slip and slide all night long. That surface needs more H2O down in the surface. Razor Steve.....as I am shaking my head in disgust. Wow that surface could be so go with the right person preparing the track. Facility second to only Knoxville.
Let's go Sprint Car Racing!
Rico - 9 wins
Donny - 0 wins That is right the big fat zero!
Knoxville - Best Track In the USA!
Eldora - 2nd Best Track in the USA!

It's funny how drivers and fans were complaining about Lincoln last night and you thought it was great.
I didn't mind it, Posse fans in general tend to complain more about track conditions when the Outlaws do well.
And speaking of that, Outlaws sweep the top 8? Where's Cubes?

I didn't hear one complaint. It was narrow for the heats and that is what they said. The drivers didn't complain at all. They all knew the feature was going to be a great one and it was.
Since the heats pay so much - I guess that should be the best racing of the night. See Port Royal......shaking my head again!
The feature should always have your track at its best for racing not the heats.
14th Starter DD "missed his mark going into turn 1" and got into Rahmer a little over halfway. If it were not for that we would could have had 2 cars in the top 5. DD if he would have made that move he could have been second or third going down the backstretch.

To get mad at Strawser after he rips Port is like getting mad at Jason Voorhees in Friday the 13th part 10 for slashing people to death with a machete. It's what he does. It's how he's wired, nothing will change his mind. If you expected Jason to take up studying psychology or horticulture on a whim by the 10th movie, you are sorely mistaken. I just wonder why Strawser spends so much of his energy and ire fixated on something he doesn't even attend. Surely there's a more constructive use of his time out there.
But, seriously folks, if you went to Port this past weekend, watched those features and left thinking that racing wasn't good, I have no idea how you would call yourself a 410 fan.

IF shouldnt be a word used to debate success but since you brought it up, you have no clue where DD would have finished based on removing a single miscue. If an outlaw had missed his cut maybe the Posse would have filled the top 8.
The results are official, unless the pit guy at Oskaloosa chimes in, the woo swept the top 8 last night.
Being Canadian, it isnt my fight eh. Just fun to watch and listen to, but the stat sheet is quite clear for this particular night.
Even though I may not know you, I
care what most of you think!

Slip and slide racing is never good racing. That is why I didn't go. I will never spend another dollar over at that place if they don't wise up and put some h2o on the track. BTW, I am a huge 410 fan.....just not an asphalt track fan.....see Port Royal!!

DD might have been the fastest car on the track before that happened he started 14th and was battling with 4 cars for 2nd place. We will never know. He hit the inside guard rail a ton and keep going. It definitely messed up the handling on his race car.

DD: "If were going to have big paying, single division, races in PA.. it sure would be nice to have a track you can pass on all night.. what a joke tonight."
Maybe he was talking about Port, but I think they raced at Lincoln last night....

The track at Lincoln last night was exactly as DD described, "a joke". And that was not a 'great' feature by any objective measure.

the only joke is dd. the most impressive part about the great racing we've seen is guys aren't running over each other...especially lead cars. the two situations i've seen leaders wrecked involved him...speekweek last year where he took out montieth on a failed slider and last night where he tried to pass 3 cars in turn 1. i think he wrecked last year or the year before vs the outlaws trying a similar move at the other end of the track.
i'll take ryan smith any day. he seems hard on himself for not winning...but he seems to respect his equipment and competitors.
great race overall last night from where i was sitting. the crowd was down which i actually think was a good thing. probably a combo of a week night race scheduled on short notice and the weather. we were lucky to get anything in at all last night. even if the posse isn't running well...the outlaws are really fun to watch right now. schatz/sweet were racing each other for a good chunk of the race. i would imagine the 1s made up some points and hopefully gravel, haudenschild, and others can start running up front more as well.
