Hello this is probably a long shot but I was wondering back in the late 90s early 2000 there was a guy at williamsgrove and other local tracks that would always get the wing panels from almost every crash. He was a bigger guy with curly hair always had a hat on and I remember he had a hearing aid. Didn't know if anyone knew who he was or a way to contact him if you do know him. Thanks
also if anyone has any Todd shaffer items for sale let me know thanks .
