https://www.dewdropmo.com - very cool in a small town
http://theblueowl.com - river town, lots of other shops etc - not a bar
https://www.crownvalleybrewery.com - 30-40 minutes from the track, out in the country

How are they filling the extra A Main? Does everyone who qualified last year have a spot saved for them and then fill the back with guys from this year to make 24 cars?
Even though I may not know you, I
care what most of you think!

2 complete new shows. They never finished qualifying Before it rained last year. They had a packed house and sat on the money until this year (ie no refunds) and hence the 2 Ironmans this weekend. I am almost as stoked for this as I am the Nationals. The Ironman is an incredible race and to get 2 in the same weekend is a great treat.

Yea they made some interest on that money. Although I'll be there I've never cared for the 55 lap features. The fuel stop screws up the whole race. Between the fuel stop and cautions the leaders don't spend alot of time in traffic. I prefer the regular 40 lap feature works out for better racing in my opinion

I'd rather see the fuel stop at lap 15 rather than 35.

There is NO scheduled "fuel stop" in the Ironman 55 (and never has been).

I didn' say there was, but usually about lap 35-40 there is one. If there was an iron an without a fuel stop I can' remember. Not saying there wasn't, but don' remember one

Well that makes more sense. Didn't realize the Ironman was a 2 day show.
