did Danny get into a fight / scuffle in the Charlotte pits with his dad...nephew...or sone other reasonable person to trigger this move?

Are you fricking serious?? You think this all went down in a matter of 2 days?
Folks, we have a whole new definition of "out to lunch" here in this comment/question.

Cracks me up every time someone brings this up. Yet nobody mentions how many rides Jac or Sammy have had in their careers. Hell even Wolfgang while in his prime ride hopped more than anybody out there! (By the way, if you haven't read Wolfgang's book, he touches on this exact thing in great detail.) These older guys are a different breed than the cookie cutter politically correct drivers we see now.
Ladies and Gentlemen (if I even dare call some of you that), we are witnessing the end of an era. Can guys like Danny, Jac, and Sammy still get the job done? Given the right situation, hell yeah they can! But, there time is coming. We saw how much Steve fell off the last couple years before he finally realized it was time to hang up the fire suit for the last time.
Danny is 57 years old and has done more in the last 2 years than 95% of sprint car drivers could only dream of doing in their entire career. 19 wins and 2 Knoxville Track Championships, 1 of which was against arguably one of the toughest weekly fields ever in the entire country in 2015 (if I'm not mistaken there were 11 weekly competitors with WoO wins), 2 Knoxville Nationals A Main Starts, etc. etc. etc. The 2 NSL Championships were just icing on the cake in my opinion.
Bottom line, the "school of hard knocks" drivers are going to be gone soon. I know there are a few out there coming up threw the ranks and starting to make some noise (Schuchart, Allen, Balog to name a few) but the guys that grew this sport to what we now know and love aren't going to be strapping in much longer. Enjoy them while you can.

You pretty much hit the nail on the head here regarding Lasoski's last couple of years. The one thing that I will say that Lasoski doesn't have that Jac, Sammy and Wolfgang always had is a hardcore fanbase. I'm not saying there aren't Lasoski fans, but they don't seem to be as passionate as the fans of other drivers. I think that plays a role in deciding who gets a seat a the table and who doesn't.
We'll probably never know the real reason why Danny got fired from this ride. But, I would guess that Madsen is a better representative for the brand than Lasoski is. Younger, more exciting on the track, and really well liked by a large percentage of fans. That kind of stuff matters, like it or not.

Actually, Lasoski did get in a fight with his dad at the Nationals. The details are a little fuzzy because it was years ago, but it involved some over agressive moves he made in the B main trying to get in the show. If I remember right, one of those moves either took out Brownie or caused a caution flag that had negative effects on Brownie. Then he and his dad had a screaming match in the pits that was aired on live TV. Maybe that's what BRR is referring to or thinking about, and maybe he meant it tongue in cheek???

Klootwyk +1 - although I would take Madsen currently as he is younger and probably has a stornger fan base. Danny at 45 - that would have been an easy choice.
from a sponsor +1 - LMFAO.
Sniper83 +1 - you got it right brother. Some all time greats will be leaving the sport in the next couple of years, enjoy it while you can.

Brown was actually the one making the over agressive moves. Chopped Lasoski going down the back strait as Lasoski was making the move for the final transfer spot.

If I was Danny I WOULD CALL Mike Heffner today with the perfect plan for all involved next year. Heffner wants to win Knoxville more than anyting and with a two car team working together on setups they would have a great shot for either to win the Nationals. Heffner wants to travel more so the second car could be a Raymer ,Smith type deal all the big races in Pa. plus some traveling.
The Dude and Heffner both want to win the Grove Open this would give Heffner two shots at that.
Heffner likes to run 360 races the Dude is good in a 360 so Greg could stay with his prefeered .410.
Danny could most likely bring some help either from the midwest or local.
Only problem I could see would be most likely need another wrench.
Heffner certainly has the funds already runs midgets speedsters 410 and 360 plus a speedway.t

Could be, but Lasoski's dad wasn't upset with Brownie!

Can't say yet. But it has been a warmer fall than normal this year.

I find it odd that nobody has proposed the question......what did Madsen bring to the table that Danny couldn't? After all, that is todays sprint car owner mentality. This didn't come together in just a few days.

No, it is not even close.
There was never a mention of the past deal at Knoxville between Brown and Dude. Anyone in the sprint car world knows about that deal. They also know that Danny and Brian have moved on from that for a long time now.
For BRR to actually wonder if something went down in Charlotte to get Danny out of the ride show's his lack of knowledge and shows he is indeed a one-trick pony from PA.
Anyone with any common sense could see this change was in the works for a while now.
Not sure how any of this is over my head, but I'm sure you'll explain as you usually do.

I'd believe Rudedog83.
And Sniper83 is correct but when Lasoski went to thier pit or close to it he his dad " go ahead & hit me then. The announcer said something to the effect of "ought to be a hell of a Thanksgiving around the table" .

That whole ordeal was so blown out proportion. Let's forget the fact they are related for a minute. Driver A tries to take out Driver B for the final tranfer spot into the A Main at the Knoxville Nationals. After the race, Driver B heads over to Driver A for a few words. Both drivers and crew members exchange words and go their seperate ways. Happens almost every night at every dirt track across the country. Not sure why this is even news, especially 10 years later.

Old news for sure.Kerrys a proven winner and I hate to say it but younger and probably has a better fan following.People get fired everyday and many times it works out for the better. The Dude does fine in his own car just better to use other peoples money.Owning a sprint team is not a money making venture.I agree there is going to be some veterans that will be hard to replace.Guys like Kinser,Swindell,Wolfgang made the WOO what it is.Ted Johnson was able to merchandise them and it worked out.

Knew this was coming today. Just love press releases. Everything wrapped up in to a tidy little package. Makes everybody seem so innocent. Reminds me a lot of Paul Harvey.......you know.....the rest of the story?
As for The Dude being a "one track pony". He's won on well over 130 different race tracks......90 WoO wins and of course 4 Knoxville Nationals on the only track he knows how to win on. And he's won against the best in two eras. Madsen can only dream of a career like Lasoski has had. Don't get me wrong, I like Kerry just fine. But something does stink a bit about this.
