yes it is and that's the truth. i can remember one dirt cup at scrapit(formely a 410 show) that we sat through the showers, the parting of the clouds and the start of the race at 10:30 pm. glad i waited and did not order tickets online for stoga as thay are non-refundable and can only be used at another venue....

This is directly from the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series website:
Ticket purchasers can exchange their tickets at Bakersfield (Calif.) Speedway on Friday, April 15 or Perris (Calif.) Auto Speedway on Saturday, April 16. Tickets will only be exchanged at the track box offices.
Tickets can also be mailed back for a refund to the address on the back of the tickets. For those with tickets in Will Call, call 844-DIRT-TIX (347-8849) beginning on Monday.
Calistoga tickets ARE refundable.
