Due to very cold temperatures, Attica Raceway Park has postponed it's 2016 season opener to Saturday, March 26. Gates open at 3 with racing underway at 6 p.m witht he 410 and 305 sprints and late models.

Wonder now how this will affect the inaugural Ohio Sprint Car Series race at Atomic? Is the Attic Show an All Star race? Atomic is paying $2500 to win. Either way, c'mon Saturday!

Attica is a regular weekly show paying 3k to win. Don't think it will have much effect on car count at either as probably only a handful of guys would have ran both. Did see tweet from the Mintz team that sounds like both Christopher Bell and Carson Mecedo are both running Attica in the Mintz cars.

How I took it, Bell will not be in Mintz car.. Bell was scheduled for Attica Friday & Atomic Saturday. Bell tweeted out that he is bummed that he'll miss Attica cause of the moved date, but looking forward to racing Atomic Saturday.. Mintz tweeted at him about his car belong available, & having Bell & Carson racing together with Mintz sitting out. But Bell is sticking to his commitment to the 1G car for Atomic on Saturday.. Now something mightve have changed from Thursday early evening till now at Friday morning at 5:00an that I missed..

Thanks for the clarification, did see Tanner Thorson is coming in the Kunz #67 And Dale Blaney in the house. Should be a great night at Attica
