Easy now. I'm a bit full figured myself. I can't help it, I love cheeseburgers lol. Anyway, Robert brings this on himself. I don't think he's bullied. There's several things he does that chaps everyone's asses. First and foremost, he makes claims about himself that are simply fabrications. 100% untrue. For instance he said he helped get USAC here. I'm pretty sure he didn't and when I asked him to specify exactly what role he played, he disappeared and never answered which tells me it was a lie or at very least, a huge exaggeration which in my book, is still a lie. The other thing is exactly what you said. He posts random shit and the way he words it is as if he's on the inside and he knows better when in fact he isn't on the inside of anything. He's organized some autograph sessions and given some cheap freebies away to some fans which is very nice of him but doesn't come anywhere close to making him as important as he seems to think that he is. Lastly, he claims to appreciate everyone and everything in sprint car racing yet will make underhanded, passive aggressive cheap shots toward Lincoln, Williams Grove and the World of Outlaws simply because they don't do things 100% how he wants to and part of his delusion is, if he likes it a certain way, he thinks that's what's best for everyone else too.

Lets go through this to answer MR. FIXXER comments : first I am not dodging anything or lying about anything .Next I don't make claims about myself that are fabrications . I did in a small way in discussions with Bob Miller spark more negotiations , but Bob Miller is the one who brought USAC back to Pa , if it had not been for him it would not have happen. I constantly speak with various people to show our interests in various racing and hope with Bob's help he will bring new types of racing to central Pa . Another recent discussion went on with Aaron Frey of BOSS non-wing group ,over the last year and a half , he wanted to bring his group to Pa -MD-VA-WVA but was booked early so it didn't happen this year but maybe down the road .I am not on the inside of anything , I do know a lot people in the racing business who I've met over the years ,so I constantly talk with them to see what they think , run ideas by them I have , or ask them what they think of bringing in or having this group into race. And I don't do underhanded aggressive shots at other tracks , yes I do have my favorite tracks like you do , but it is there choice to do things anyway they want to . I make suggestions if they don't like what I say then thats ok , I just want to see racing and the facilities improve so the sport continues to grow . I don't really have to answer to you or anyone as my friends over the years know how much time , money , phone calls and personal effort I put into what I love , racing and you THE FANS . I hope this clarifies some things for you sir as well any other who doubt me as to who I am and what I do .

Of course, I have no problem with nicer restrooms.
But racing is the main focus
Now be nice to Altman!

exactly....The Grove could do something about the 16 firework shows a year. Take some of that money and up the purse in the back of the field for the DRIVERS!!!!!!! That would be an improvement. I mean look at the drop of from the Natty O. thats could be said for all the tracks. It's no wonder more out of towner guys dont show up. Natty O should be as big as the K-Ville Nats. They just dont want to part with the mony we give them every week. Fred Rahmer promotions has got it right when giving back to the fans. Some tracks should take notice. Lincoln the only complaint seems to be the shit houses. i dont go there for the shitters. i go for the races. Really needs no improvments to the facility. Them sticking it out on iffy days instead of canceling and getting a show in when others would cancel is giving back to the fans. It's enough for me to support them weekly.

I agree about the fireworks. I've been saying since pinky took over that she should just put that money into the purse instead of blowing it up mid air while 90% of the people in attendance either sit there staring at their phones, head out to grab a bite to eat or go have a piss. But that isn't my money so she can wipe her ass with it for all I care. I never understood the obsession with "giving back" to the fans. I don't need a track to stroke my ego any. If I pay $20 and I feel like I got $20 worth if entertainment, I'm perfectly happy and I don't think anyone needs to give me anything back because I paid for something and I got it. If there's any giving back that needs to be done, they need to do it for the teams. They're the ones spending the big money not us. The teams spend more just to run one race than most fans spend in an entire season going to races. I'd like to see a lot more races like the manufacturers appreciation night like Lincoln has every year. Of course that wouldn't fly because most people are too selfish and in a hurry to go nowhere therefore they would bitch because they have to sit there for a half hour or 45 minutes while the guys who put on the show get their prize packages. I've actually heard MANY people complaining about it taking too long and being bored at that race.

One other thing, you are right about Lincoln. Nobody tries harder to give the fans and teams a race than they do and that's one reason I love the place. Never any worries about cancelling because it "might" rain or because the weather is iffy and they get a light crowd so they bail after a small shower. Every other track in Central Pa is guilty of that. I had to laugh this past year at the Tuscarora 50 when Port Royal was holding out and trying to get the show in. They had no intentions of racing that night nor with the weather the way it was, were they even going to stand a chance. They had one goal and that was to get a bunch of people there to spend money at the fair and it worked because I was one of the dumb asses who did it.

Yep i was one of the dumbasses too. I really could careless about giving back to the fans, but it is nice every once and awhile. Party at the Path was one of those moments. Like i was saying in last post one major improvement at all tracks would be increace the purse behind the top 5. So much to start the feature, or some other driver encentives. fred Rahmer Promotions has it right by giving back to both fans and teams

Again, I call bullshit. You are not polite to us on hoseheads. You are to self centered to see that you are being rude, but you are. You are like that guy in the bar who has to butt into everybody's conversations and tell them how they should live their lives. And then when people get up and leave when ever you walk in, you act like they have a problem. Mirror Bob, look in the mirror.

A lot of people complain about the fireworks, but I like 'em. However your point about using the $$ to improve botttom of the purse makes plenty of sense. What I'm wondering is how much do they spend on fireworks? & would it make much difference, split up among the bottom of the field?
