I am trying to plan my first Florida trip.
Can I assume all general admission?
What are average ticket prices?
Is there a one stop shop that has all of the scheduling for all of the races?
Thanks, Tom D

Ticket prices are $35-40 per race for General admission and plenty of good seats are available the day of the races at Volusia and Bubba's. Usac is a little cheaper at Bubba's. Go to Bubbaracewaypark.com and Volusiacountyraceway.com for info. Dress warm as we froze our butts off last year with temps in the 30's a few nights.

Actually, go to DIRTcarnationals.com and that has all the info on all the races at Volusia. Late models put on a good show there and many top dogs will run the UMP Dirtcar races as well.

I got suckered into buying a package deal (multiple nights of reserved seats) the first year I went down. I would never do it again. The racing is great, the crowds are good, but the tracks have plenty of seating and they don't have infield pits, so GA is all you need and I have never been there on a night where I couldn't find a seat. ALso, you may have a plan to go to one track for a certain number of nights and then decide...maybe I'll skip this race at Volusia and go to a race at Bubba's or East Bay or even "shudder" an asphalt race at New Smyrna. Give yourself the flexibility because you may decide to change your plans on the fly. Also, if you buy a package and one of the nights is rained out, you may get stuck.
The prices are a little high, but its great to be there in the middle of winter, the tracks are neat, there are surprise drivers and big name people just wandering the grounds some nights, and no matter how chilly it gets at night it still beats winter in the north.
