Details Announced for $130,000 Jackson Nationals September 4 and 5!

Windom, MN (August 7, 2015) – Details have been finalized for the richest weekend purse in both the 61 year history of the Jackson Speedway and for the 2015 season for the FVP National Sprint League!  The two-day Jackson Nationals presented by GOMUDDY.COM in Jackson, Minnesota will be Labor Day weekend, Friday, September 4 and Saturday, September 5.  The total purse will exceed $130,000 with Saturday’s Jackson Nationals finale paying $25,000 to the winner, $10,000 for second, and $1,000 to start the event!  This all-sprint show will also feature 360 sprint cars!

Bring the whole family and stay for this two-day event featuring more than just racing!  Activities begin at 3 p.m. on Friday with plenty of sponsor giveaways, a kids’ bounce house and a full bar and beer garden!

Saturday’s events will begin at 1 p.m. and include Friday’s activities, plus live music, a bean bag tournament, a dunk tank featuring your favorite drivers, chances to win NSL prize packages, a silent auction, giveaways and much more!

Also, don’t miss the fireworks show both Friday and Saturday night, with an outstanding display during Saturday’s intermission!

The purse could include much more for a pair of drivers!  Danny Lasoski has already qualified for the $25,000 DeBerg Concrete Triple Crown Challenge.  If he should win Saturday night at Jackson, his payday could be $50,000!  The same can be said for Grand Forks, North Dakota’s Mark Dobmeier if he can win the NSL event at the Knoxville Raceway on Saturday, August 29!

This is a cool event with a really good purse. Glad to see it!

I was hoping the Open Wheel Championships at Atomic would be like this, but the purse was alot smaller this year.

In my opinion, the All Stars could use a signature, big paying event like this. Looks like the NSL may have one with this Jackson Nationals.

Don't get me wrong, the All Stars have done very well and I think bigger things are on the horizon, not complaining at all. Just chiming in with my two cents!

I was wondering what the details were going to be regarding this.   With all the money they have put into Jackson this year and plan to in the future, I can see this becoming something very special.   Good stuff.
