ASCS Prime Time Tonight

Lonnie Wheatley, TULSA, Okla. (September 4, 2007) – Don't forget to dial up http://www.kmacsports.com/ASCSPrimeTime.shtml at 8:00 p.m. CDT tonight for the second installment of "ASCS Prime Time".

Among tonight's guests on the hour-long "ASCS Prime Time" spectacular will be Kelly Westphal, Kenny Adams, Charles Davis, Jr., and Ben Rutan.

From Wesmar Racing Engines, Westphal will discuss the upcoming ASCS / Wesmar Challenge at the Devil's Bowl Speedway Winter Nationals in Mesquite, TX, on October 13 among other things.

Hailing from Malabar, FL, Adams notched his fifth overall ASCS feature win of the season by collecting over $2,500 in Saturday night's ASCS Southern Tour event at Tri-County Race Track in Brasstown, NC. "The Malabar Missile" wrapped up the weekend with a top-five finish in ASCS Coastal vs. Rebel Region competition at Magnolia Motor Speedway in Columbus, MS, on Sunday night.

Out of Buckeye, AZ, "Chargin'" Charles Davis, Jr., racked up his second consecutive ASCS Canyon Region feature victory on Sunday night at Manzanita Speedway in Phoenix. After piloting Mark Swanson's familiar O'Reilly Sprint Bandits TNT entry for the third consecutive Midwest swing, Davis has teamed up with car owner Jim Massey out west and the pair are now two-for-two in ASCS Canyon Region competition.

On Friday night, Jerome, Michigan's Ben Rutan reached victory lane in the most spectacular of fashions with a wild flip across the line at Winston Speedway in Rothbury, MI. Rutan's sixth career Engine Pro ASCS Sprints on Dirt presented by Victor Reinz feature win kept him in the thick of the points chase with just this Saturday night's season championship finale at Hartford Speedway Park remaining.

"ASCS Prime Time" airs live at www.kmacsports.com from from 8:00 p.m. CDT to 9:00 p.m. CDT each Tuesday night. Those that miss the live version can visit the site at any time to listen the archived version of the show.

ASCS fans and followers will be able to participate each week by calling in to the show at 1-877-786-KMAC or by e-mailing the show at [email protected]
