This should make the Hoosier Fall Classic at Lawrenceburg Speedway that much more exciting on Sept. 14th and 15th. $50,000 is on the line for the season championship with just a few races to go.

When was the last time the point battle was this close heading into the final races? From as far as my memory can recall, by this time in the year the championship is usually all but sealed up.

Great point race, ...I hate the double point thing though.....I could never figure out the purpose of it. I can understand higher show up points if you are trying to draw more cars, but with double points in the feature, your point winner could have a worse average finish than second. Seems unfair that one guys fourth place finish can mean more than the other guys....jmo...............great points race though.
