With some of the accusations of him cheating, he seems to be doing well in a different car maybe just a great driver. When asked one time what has made is sprint car driving better he said driving the late model has taught him how to drive in the slick, how to drive with the front tires not just the rears. Might explain some of the reason why he is unstoppable when the track slows down.

Schatz was a bad ass last night. Though I'm not a big fan of his, I found myself cheering him on against the WoO LM guys. Guess my partiality towards sprint cars got the best of me. While most of the other drivers were running either high or low, Donny was the only one making his car stick through the middle. Josh Richards passed him for second with a lap to go After Donny got a little squirrelly. Schatz raced in the top 5 all night and it was a very entertaining race. LM are a fun and exciting class to watch, especially on a tight little bullring.
