When Sammy won a few years back he stated in victory lane that he was running half throttle most of the race. I for one (Probably had a bac of .2) could not tell. He was flying, unfortunately. Also, Track record was set by Dollansky in the spring of '02 (I believe). How much horsepower were they pushing back then?

Agree with many points here...My opinion is ticket prices are spot on, don't remember them being any different and have been going since 98. Don't need to pay anymore to win but add another $1,000 to start and also add money to B and C main. Would love to see PA and other 410 tracks not run for points or run at all that weekend to see if it would increase car counts. They need 48 cars to have a "full field" for the royal, would love to have atleast 60 though for 6 10 car heats. I remember Lynch being quick time recently as well, hope he towes over again, always seems to be a fan favorite. Funnest weekend of the year, can't wait to take the kids out with me to put our lawn chairs out Thursday morning and then ship them to the sitter for the weekend! See ya all out there!

Anything under 48 cars is unacceptable and I agree 60 cars is the sweet spot. (6) 10 car heats.
