I am going to the second race of Ohio sprint speedweek tonight at Eldora. I was just wondering if anyone had any current information on what the weather looks like there right now. I was also wondering if anyone had any idea what the car count would be tonight at Eldora. I know they ironically usually have the smallest field of speedweek because I know some of the teams don't like to run on track that big and some others just don't like it. I was guessing probably 30 - 35 cars but that just a guess. If anyone has any idea or information on how many cars will be at Eldora that would be greatly appreciated. I sure hope it's somewhat close to Attica last night which had 58 cars and it was pretty amazing.

I just checked Eldora's twitter account and as of an hour ago they started track prep on the track. I checked accuweather as well and they may get hit with another storm around noon and 2pm but the rain percentage drops down after that to around 25% or less the rest of the day. I would imagine that as long as it is clear around then they will probably get the thing in after all they did for the Outlaw/USAC show. Might be a slight delay for track prep but i am good with that.
Car count i would say at least 35 to maybe 39

Last year there were 49 cars at the Eldora speedweek show which was more than the Kings Royal....I would say between 40-45 cars ....

40-45 i'd say, won't get many of the Fremont/Atica guys from last night (12-14 of them won't go), but will be a few that were not there last night. Will be a great show for sure.
