Topic: Excited about Ohio sprint speedweek. What shows are people attending?

Tonight starts one of my favorite weeks of the year and I hope some others look forward to and get excited about it as well. Hope everyone that attends has an awesome time because it really is a happening. Also, just curious if any of the fans on here are going to the majority of the week or at least going to a handful of the shows. I would recommend this week to absolutely anyone who is a sprint car fan, even just an arms length one. This is the week to go see consistently great shows and fields. Just wondering what some of the events people would be attending this year. Hope everyone has a good time and is looking forward to it.

Was going to try Eldora and Waynesfield tomorrow and Sunday, but it looks like we are supposed to get the remnants of the tropical storm that just hit Texas this weekend.

Heading out next week for Lima and Fremont..Havent been to those track in 3-4 years...Then is back to PA for the Party at the Path and PA Speedweek!...And Indiana is right on the heels of that one!! The next 30days are the best time to be a Sprint Car fan!!!
In the past I tried to hit 4-5 shows during OH SW...With new life being brought back to the All Stars I'll plan a longer trip next year!

Attica tonight, Wayne County Monday and Sharon Tuesday. Maybe Fremont Thursday. Would go to Fremont Saturday but will be gone with family for vacation.

Keeping my fingers crossed for Eldora tomorrow, going to try to go to Atomic and then Lima, Fremont at the end of the week. Going to try to catch the Arca Race at Winchester on sunday also.

Waynesfield speedweek is always a must see, love watchon the 410's there. Will probably decide Sunday afternoon tho because of the r factor ??

PS, anyone coming thru auglaize and mercer counties saturday and Sunday be prepared for roads closed because of high water. Had over 10" of rain this week and more coming down now

I do believe Mercer & 1 other county over that way was declared a State of Emergency.
Over by Russells Point & Indian Lake some of the cottages are surrounded by water. Rt. 720 right off of 33 is under water.
Was going to try Waynesfield but Have to go in early Monday so I'm out. Alot goin on tomorrow but we will see what the weather holds for the Big E.

Going to try and head up to Ohio this weekend any suggestions on which track to attend Lima or Fremont. Never been to either one of them.

I would suggest Lima if u have never been there. Fremont is nice too, but Limaland bullring is a site to see especially since they only have 410's twice a year.

Going to Chillicothe/Atomic... would like to go to Lima and Wayne County... Wad at Wayne County for season opener there. I live in South West Columbus... wish these tracks were closer! To tired for work the next day!
