Here is the situation we have been dealt. Opening night the track was rough resulting in a lot of tore up race cars. We got a sheep's foot on the way and it got there today. The plan was to sheep's foot all day today to get the track packed nice and tight as we do not want a bunch of tore up race cars like we did opening night. We were even more than willing to work well in to the night to get the track right.

With the rain today/tonight, it would be impossible to even get out on the track until tomorrow afternoon. With that being said, we are forced to postpone tomorrow nights racing action. We are working with both the MSTS 360s, Miniakota Micro Sprints, and the HRA Wingless Sprints on a possible make up date.

I know the forecast for tomorrow looks good, but we do not want cars back on the track and have the same situation we had opening night. We want to race just as much as everybody else, but not at the expense of driver safety and their equipment. We talked with our track staff, other promoters, and even a former World of Outlaws champion about the situation before coming to this decision. We feel it is the right call. We hope you understand and keep checking back here for a rescheduled date. Thank you and we will see you Tuesday June 16th for the IMCA NorthStar Series!!

I'm surprised you didnt call the "Minnesota Missle" Kourtney Pederson, driver of the 1982 Albert G's BBQ Gambler Sprint  House Car with updates for his track prep knowledge. This guy is as legendary with track prep as he is behind the wheel  of either a underpowered Hornet,or an underpowered sprint car as well!

I can attest to his skills at track prep,as I was there with him helping out with track prep at the Legendary Terre Haute Action Track,in Terre Haute Indiana, back around 2006-2007,although I cant remember which.I do know it was his first trip to the Action track, and he was keen to watch Shane "Half Throttle" Cottle race a Silver Crown car. I even have photographic proof of us both hard at work at the Action Track,as I had to get my camera just to have proof that we were indeed working the track, where legends such as Tommy Hinnershitz,AJ Foyt,Jim Hurtibise, have won in the past. He was in telephone contact with "Todd Todd the Insulation God" as we were making laps around the legendary track.

So,if you need any help with track prep,or need any implement tires,or just have no Ideus what you are doing, just call down at Graham Tire, and ask for Kourtney "Multi talented super hero" Pederson, and if the Graham tire truck goes any faster than his Hornet did,he with be there in a jiffy.
