I've never been accused of being the smartest kid in my class, heck not even close. But I would like to try and understand some of our most devoted sprint car fans way of thinking. If you don't mind, take a few minutes and seriously give me your thoughts.
Inquiry #1
Please list what you consider are the top (20) winged sprint car drivers in the country. I don't care about race track, areas of the country, etc. just list them in the order of who you feel is todays best on down thru 20th.
This is a (2) part inquiry and after we get a number of responses I will proceed with part #2. Thank you in advance. Class is now in session. LOL...z

I'm sure I forgot someone but I feel pretty good about this list - honestly, Schatz is so far above that the rest of the list is just close to what I feel. Hard to really rank them without more knowledge of what the criteria is. Also, you have to make some assumptions - otherwise how do you compare a guy like Brian Montieth to Bill Balog? It's tough. Tried to balance between the regions as much as possible. Very interesting question and I fully expect someone to disagree with this list.

If you asked 10 different people who the 2nd best sprint car driver right now is, I truly wonder how many different names you would get.
I also believe that (if there was no peeking at other people's lists) it would take a village until you get the identical 20 names from 2 people.
