FIRST ASCS EVENT IN THE REGION at RRS FRIDAY APRIL 3!
Wichita Falls, TX (3/23/15) by DarinShort.com. Red River Speedway (RRS) near Wichita Falls, Texas is pleased to announce the first ever ASCS Red River Region event is coming to RRS on Friday April 3rd.
Last year's ASCS event at RRS was a Sooner vs Lone Star region event, however those two regions have been combined in 2015, forming the Red River Region...so what better place to host the event than at a speedway named the same!

Joining the ASCS Sprint Cars will be a complete program for the USRA Modifieds (paying $800/win) and IMCA Southern SportMods (paying $500 to win). The Pro Stocks and Mini Stocks will round out the 5-division racing card and each will be racing for $400 to win. ATTN ALL RED RIVER SPEEDWAY RACE TEAMS, MARCH 23 4:30PM UPDATES:
Red River Speedway will be compiling points for all RRS racing divisions in 2015, and after the conclusion of the racing season we will host an Awards Bash.
In the near future, we'll have an online link on SpeedNet where you can go check the season track point standings. As soon as the link is available, we will let you know.
The track points will be compiled for the Sprint Cars, Modifieds, SSM's, Factory Stocks, Pro Stocks and Mini Stocks.
And on a trial basis from now (March 27th race) through the end of April (the race on the 24th), both the Factory Stock and Pro Stock divisions will be on the racing schedule each night.
So if you see a post for any event between now and then, know that those divisions will be racing regardless what the past post may read. Previously posted purse structures for those divisions will be in effect.
We will assess the results of this schedule change later in April and let everyone know if it is going to continue beyond April, or if we will revert back to the posted schedule for May.
Thanks.
