This week-end I attended the Red Dirt Nationals at I-44 Riverside Speedway. There were lots of cars, the track was perfect both nights, the speeds were incredible, and the competition was intense. What's not to like? If you have not attended I-44 Riverside Speedway, you are missing some of the best racing in the state. My favorite class is non-wing due to the emphasis placed on the driver's skill and experience. A non-wing car cannot "carry" an inexperienced driver. The best equipment and set-up can accomplish little without talent behind the wheel. I attend this track weekly and really enjoy it. See for yourself.
