Yes we do, but even if we didn't I wouldn't mind never having to hear his name anywhere again....

His name and sprint car racing, racing in general should never be brought up together. Why do you people want someone like this in our sport? he is his own person and he has made his own choices over and over a over again. He don't care to ever get back in a sprint car so why should anyone else? Plus after all the years of hard abuse he probably honestly has lost the talent he had before. You don't do them drugs for as long as he has and expect to keep your skills come on people he is washed up and done. Let him go burry himself away from our sport, we don't need racing brought up when he finally does end up doing something there is no coming back from.
As for the guy that wants his shirt you can't actually still like the guy who cares if he could drive. You are the guy that if everyone in the world is doing one thing you would do the opposite just to be on the otherside.
This thread shouldn't even be here!

And yet you felt the need to post on a thread you believe shouldnt be here? that makes sense.
Since I am not God I choose not to judge TW, but if somehow he gets his shit together and is able to race again, Ill be first in line for a ticket.

It's not about judging someone. Its about supporting or not supporting someone based on there actions on and off the track. I love to watch Tyler race but I will not support him any longer based on his actions outside of the track. I've been on this forum continually supporting him but this was the last straw. Guy's an idiot.

I think we should just give him a chance. All people need is 1,357 chances to straighten themselves out. Let's just give him 7 more years to make things right.

If I were a promoter at any racetrack and had viewed the you-tube video from Williamsgrove? He would never be allowed to enter the facility. His actions, either drug induced or just in the heat of the moment were unacceptable and unforgivable. Dirt track racing has fought to overcome a negative image for years and for the most part has been successful. However his actions have not place in our sport.

Agree with most of what you said, and I sincerely doubt TW is getting a ride at any point, I just can't relate to hating him for messing up his own life or because he ruined his 100 chances to come back. There are no children trying drugs because there hero TW does. Infact if you and I were not and the person who started this thread would stop no one would be talking about him.....period. With that said, c ya at the races

There has to be more to this story. TW would not go to court without his lawyer. Was it time to go to court and the lawyer could not find him? Your guess is as good as mine.

From the Associated Press today.
ST. GEORGE, Utah
A former NASCAR driver who led police on a 150 mph chase through three southwestern states was re-arrested Monday morning after showing up 45 minutes late for a sentencing hearing.
Timothy Tyler Andrew Walker, 35, was scheduled to be sentenced in southern Utah's Washington County on Monday morning for five charges stemming from the chase.
But after Walker failed to show, state Judge Eric Ludlow issued an arrest warrant for Walker, according to Washington County prosecutor Rachelle Shumway. When Walker arrived, Ludlow ordered his arrest.
Shumway said Walker was taken to the county jail, where he will be held without bail until a rescheduled sentencing March 30.

Messages seeking comment from Walker's lawyer, Trevor Terry, were not returned Monday.
The Spectrum newspaper in St. George reported that Terry told the judge he had spoken with his client Sunday night and had expected him in court.
Walker, of Hermosa Beach, California, pleaded guilty in December as part of a deal with prosecutors to avoid jail time.
Walker admitted to failure to stop for an officer and possession of a controlled substance, which are felonies. He also pleaded guilty to misdemeanor counts of impaired driving, possession of drug paraphernalia and having an open container of alcohol in the car.
He was expected to get probation in return for his guilty pleas, but Shumway said it's possible Walker's arrest could result in a different sentence.
