On a cold windy afternoon at Lincoln Speedway.Kyle Moody was 2nd followed by Robbie Kendall.Only 13 cars running at end due tricky track conditions causing numerous crashs.Hope it warms up soon in central PA.

Don't blame it all on the track conditions, most of them were driver error.
