Driscoll told fox news this am that other Nascar driver wives/girlfriends have had abuse, NASCAR knew and did nothing about it.Nascar will have to respond. If true, hold on to your hats. If false put Kurt back in and sue the crap out of her. This is turning into a soap opera real fast.

Doesn't matter at this late date, but if they were broken up, how did she get into the motor home lot to begin with? She told one of the people who testified at the hearing that she was going to ruin him, seems to be doing a pretty good job.

If she was really and truely worried about her safety, she would have stayed away when he kicked her out. He really needed the restraining order, not her.

Are there eyewitness accounts? Or is this her word against his? If this is the case, I don't feel NASCAR has the grounds to suspend until a verdict is given. ?? This is not Ray Rice-there is no video. (as far as I know) Real gray area here.
(and I cannot stand Kurt Busch)

Everything about this case is He said/She said right now. The document released by the person who approved the restraining order (again, no charges have been filed....only a restraining order issued) noted that the lack of witnesses makes it difficult and noted that Kurt's only charachter witness called was a business partner.
What SHE SAID is that they broke up the week before, she drove a couple of hours to the motorhome lot, confronted him in his motorcoach and he threw her out again. (this time with physical violence)
Sounds like stalking to me. She was told to go away and she didn't.

I've been to almost all the Nascar tracks working for various promotional companies... Dover is by far the easiest motorhome lot to get into... It would be extremely easy for her to comfort him there.

Nascar has to ban her dumb ass from everything to do with nascar.I don't care what her "purpose" for being there. As a vet, she doesn't do anything to impress me. Not a big Kurt fan, but he needs to be reinstated. For once Miss France needs to do something in the drivers favor. Without them there is No BRIAN FRANCE.

It's not like he's an angel though. I will never forget the way he treated Dr. Jerry Punch when he was being interviewed. He has shown his ass numerous times, and seems to have a bad temper, so when accusations came up about this, I wasn't suprised. NASCAR is better off without him IMO.

I am definitely not a Kurt Busch fan; however, it troubles me that he has been suspended before being proven guilty. Unlike the NFL elevator video and other instances of proof this definitely is a "he said, she said" situation. Fair is fair!

Not a Busch fan either, but this is 100% wrong IMO. In this day of smart phones and there is not one pic of her with any marks on her what-so-ever. Grabbed her and smashed her head,,sorry that going to leave a mark. I understand erroring on the side of caution, but without one schred of evidence other that a spurned girfriend.

Plus Dover is a small town and you see all the drivers either at the Casino or at the Restaurants around town. So it would be real easy to find him.

I do agree with you--the whole Dr. Punch thing burned my ass! I was pissed when Tony put him back in a big ride!
That being said-this is all reaction to the NFL-and this case has NO similarities at all. Ray Rice would have run for 1800 yards this year if that incident had happened anywhere but on camera! Never would have even been talked about. That crap happens every damned day inside of and outside of professional sports. If a he said/she said fight with no markings, scars or cuts is going to suspend people from work, look the hell out! The unemployment rate is going to hit post great-depression highs! There is no way NASCAR can really justify what they did unless Kurt admitted something to them that I am not hearing. ??
And no-I do not condone violence against women. Just saying I want more than some bat shit crazy woman's testimony!

There was a huge out cry about what Ray Rice did before the video from i side the elevator came out.
I guess I was raised different from you guys. I do not believe in EVER hitting a woman. I do not think a woman asks for being hit just because she shows up at an ex boyfriends house/camper or what ever.
