Ok I have to say it.  Seeing Sprint Car racing and NO Big Game Tree Stand Car is like going to Knoxville and not Stopping at Casey's General Store.  I know Tod has a lot of things going on, NSL, Jackson, and 2L Muddy but I sure do miss seeing the pretty Black and Orange car.  It was always so clean and fast and easy on the eyes....

There will be a Big Game Tree Stands Car at Knoxville weekly with Lasoski driving....  It has one of Todd Q's other companies on the wing but it is still a part of Big Game Tree Stands....   Have heard a rumor of a second BGTS car but don't know whether to believe it or not....

Tod posted back when the NSL was announced that he would still field a car/cars.

I'm also eagerly anticipating the announcement of the Lundstra Motorsports, Big Game sponsored #1 to drive the NSL tour.  I didn't hear if Knoxville full time is also part of the plan.  Gotta think we will hear something in the next couple weeks with April sneaking up on us.

So a big game #1? Is this for real?

No I have no connections with anyone in either camp.  Only a rumor from a group of people I trust.  Heard two rumors the same night about the same driver.  One was confirmed the next day which made the other also seem very reliable.  With every week that passes it seems the other rumor may just have been that... a rumor or maybe it fell apart.  Like everyone else I hope Lundstra fields a car.  Sammy racing NSL and maybe Knoxville would just be icing on a cake that already looks delicious.

If Sammy has the desire to still race running the NSL and Knoxville looks like a natural fit to me. Plenty of racing and a lot less miles to drive. My gut, though, tells me he's had enough and is enjoying retirement. Love or hate him he'd put some butts in the grandstands for sure and would be a big boost for a new series whether he won much or not. I hope he races.

Since we're on the subject of Big Game, we really should all send Tod a big thank you and go and find out a way to support him, via tee shirt, equipment whatever. He's done so much for the sport.

I can assure you if Sammy is really in the car T-Shirt sales will not be a problem. His T-Shirt trailer always has a line of fans wanting one..

They probably got tired of waiting in a long line for a Kinser shirt so they settled for Sammy's shorter line

do it in the dirt
