I really hope you have a plan in place to replace the catch fence prior to the sprint car shows at Worthington.  If not, you may need to have every attendee sign a waiver as the current catch fence is only about 10 feet off the ground with no overhang on the track and grandstands that are very close to the racing surface.  Would hate to see fans get seriously injured.

Is it guaranteed that the "Minnesota Missle" Kourtney Pederson will be running on June 12 with the HRA?  If so,can he get "Todd Todd the Insulation God" to come over from his  various political doings just across the State Border in S.D. and turn the wrenches on the 82 Gambler House car with updates?

Its been a few years since I have been in the upper Midwest for sprint cars. Will my longtime favorites,Troy Vink,Brent Vonk, and Brock Dump be running in the winged sprints that night?

Can I get a deal on admission that night? I am used to getting things for "half price". The Minnesota Missle can affirm this for you if you dont believe me.........

We will be looking in to the fence all the way around the track once it warms up a bit and we can get out there. Specifically with the sprint car shows in mind. Thank you for your concern as it is a concern of ours as well. Safety is a top priority of ours.

Rumor has it the "Minnesota Missle" might make an appearance at the Nobles County Speedway June 12th. Nothing has been confirmed yet. If he is there, unfortunately the price of admission will have to go up to cover his "appearance fee". :-)

Just sign up the Pizza Barn to sponsor the event. A couple slices of Pizza would take care of his "appearance fee" and help keep the admission price down for the traveling fan such as myself!

Thanks to everyone involved to get racing back to Worthington. I know my friends with fenders are very appreciative, along with the sprint car guys!

If you know Andrew S Quinn, he is a big deal.  It would be great to get him back to the area, as I don't believe Worthington is on his endless list of racetracks attended.  I'll see if I can work a deal with Pizza Ranch to possibly comp him a ticket.

As far as his longtime favorites, I think only Brock Dump may be racing that evening.  Brock is good friends with Todd Todd the Insulation God, so we could possibly be blessed with his attendance too.  Brent Vonk could be there as a car owner, but last I heard Troy Vink was trying to sell out.

Well the real reason I might come up to Minnesota,is to see if the Albert G's BBQ 1982 Gambler House  Car with updates is any faster than your Hornet was. That night I went to Jackson  and you raced that thing,it was so slow I was using a light pole to sight in on to see if you were moving or not. The only thing you were passing that night might have been  passing gas in the drivers seat! I figure it might be the only time I'd ever see you race a sprint car, since you have given up moving to Indiana, and being the next USAC poster boy.

Hopefully Todd Tood the Insulation God will make it out,and maybe even have a "Special Edition" live internet radio show from his very popular "Insulating 4 Idiots" program. We could take in callers wanting to know the benefits of proper insulating, and the cooling benefits of insulation during the summer. Just an Ideus.......

I'll be happy for half price. I'm not like the "Tulsa Turtle" that left Hy Vee in Knoxville one morning and without paying for his breakfast....

PS you left out, that occasionally I am a pretty good songwriter too,,,,sorta like Weird Al Yankovich....

You mentioned "Turtle", and there was a reason we called the hornet that.  I was trying everything that night... The nitrous wasn't working, neither was the push-to-pass. Jackson's nachos with meat are the best and they weren't working either.

With Todd Todd the Insulation God as busy as he is, I have no Ideus if he can free up some time to come over. It would be cool if he could do some radio remotes before the races. He could promote the area races, his show "Insulating 4 Idiots", and his political career. If we're at all lucky, we can get you on there to serenade us. The world has no Ideus how well you can cover Clapton or the Chili Peppers!
