TYLER "BUCKWHEAT" NEUBAUM SET TO TAME LONESTAR HIGH-BANKS AT SPRINT SMACKDOWN FEB. 21
Kilgore, TX (1/26/15) by DarinShort.com. Magnolia Texas high school senior Tyler Neubaum may be relatively new to dirt track racing, but he and team are no strangers to running up front.
Tyler's dad, Terry, is a veteran sprint car team owner. He originally hales from the Iowa Great Lakes region, and called Jackson Speedway his home track. (Coincidentally, the home track of this writer as well. We actually went to the same high school together.)
Tyler and his team have entered their Big Game Tree Stands sponsored #9 into the February 21 LoneStar Sprint Smackdown at LoneStar Speedway (LSS).
They are looking forward to the hammer-down, high speed expanses of LoneStar Speedway, in what will be their first LSS visit.
Tyler garnered five dirt track feature wins in 2014, and raced both Sprint Cars and Winged 600's.
In what is sure to be a great kickoff to the 2014 LSS season, the Modifieds, Factory Stocks and Limited Modifieds will also be racing a complete program (not a LSS points event). Complete event flyer is at the link below.
