Probably will have better races without him as he is that good right now.From what I understand he really enjoys racing his late model and has fun doing it.Fun seems to be why the Chilli Bowl is one of the best races of the year and it isnt about the money.

Donny, his dad and Ron Shaver are also enjoying spending time at the Barrett-Jackson car auction (Donny tweeted out a picture yesterday of them there).
Donny is enjoying his life, if that means another driver gets a chance at a big payday, I have no problem with it.

I think he really enjoys running the late models plus he doesnt do bad for the limited amount of time he runs them and if he starts to run them more I am sure he will be up front more. Late Models is a tough gig lots of competiton and many outstanding and talented drivers.

Believe it or not the man can have a life outside of racing. Im sure its just to relax and enjoy life for the next month without traveling the country for another 11 months.
