i don't recall kinser ever saying he was completely retiring. he said he was not going to run full time with trhe outlaws.
everyone else just made more of that than it ever was.

I never said he was fully done. I took notice he first time they announced his name that they said "his last full tour". That to me meant he was still running just not an entire tour. But other people took it as he's gonna fall off the earth
