What can I say about Evelyn? Always strong, yet always sweet. If you were wrong she made sure you knew you were wrong, but if you had a bad night, she was always there after the races with a smile and a hug and some time to talk you off the ledge. She was the official you looked forward to seeing when you got to the track. A totally dedicated official, racer and fan of the sport. I think she considered all the racers to be her family. One of the most remarkable ladies I ever met. She definitely belongs in the Hall Of Fame. Rest in peace Evelyn, we all miss you.
